Jonathan Eisenberg

Jonathan Eisenberg

Jonathan Eisenberg

Jonathan is a civil-litigation practitioner with a career spanning private practice, public service, and nonprofit law. He has served as a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice, clerked for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and held roles in both law firms and in-house counsel.


Jonathan brings deep trial and appellate experience to every matter, with a focus on principled, effective advocacy. He earned his J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law and his B.A. from Stanford University.


Conrad Sison

Conrad is a seasoned attorney with over two decades of experience in real estate law, complex commercial litigation, and legal strategy for both nonprofit and private-sector organizations. He is currently overseeing a large and diverse real estate portfolio. 


His background includes serving as a partner at nationally recognized law firms and as general counsel for real estate development companies. Conrad brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to legal issues, with expertise in compliance, risk management, and business operations. He holds a J.D. from UC Law San Francisco and a B.S. from the University of Southern California.
